Payment can be made:
• By credit card;
• By bank transfer using the IBAN which will be sent to you upon validation of your order.

Please note that your order cannot be validated and stocks reserved before receipt of payment.

Is the payment secured?
Credit card details are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and never pass unencrypted over the network. Payment is made directly to the bank and Home Kool Home® Distribution has no access to these details and cannot keep them on its servers. They are therefore requested for each new transaction on the website.

In Portugal, VAT is applicable on all sales. However, for sales to other countries in Europe, if you has registered with VIES (VAT Information Exchange System), VAT exemption is aplied.

At this time, we provide delivery services to all European countries, and the good news is that orders over €2.500 are completely free!

Once your order has been validated, our customer service team will work with you to schedule the best delivery date.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the platform, depending on the value of the order:

• Orders < €1.500 - Shipping Cost 120€
• Orders between €1500 - €2500 - Shipping Cost €150
• Orders > €2.500 - Free Shipping
